The rotor of the fans are Back Ward type made of steel ST37 which after the fabrication and NDT welding test, are machine worked and balanced with SHNECK balance machines up to 0.4 gr.mm/1kg.
Bearings are made of an integrated one piece which are located in both sides of this integrated cylindrical bearing to provide the least possible axis nonalignment for both sides of bearings.
The fans are assembled on the shock absorber system and absorb the tremble as well at the entrance and exit. To adjust the air at exit, special valves are fixed and one monitoring valve and rotor cleaning also are fixed on the spiral of the machine.
Electro motors have Thermal Protection and regulating system of belt and lock.
